This delightful terrace cottage is situated on the banks of the Menai Strait, close to the village of Y Felinheli in North Wales. The property enjoys fabulous sea views and is situated between the city of Bangor and the royal town of Caernarfon. The property is set out in a reverse level layout, with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living area upstairs, taking advantage of the views from the patio doors that open on to the decked balcony. Sit and relax as you watch the boats bob by while you sip on your morning coffee or refreshing afternoon beverage. The sitting area is spacious and light, adding to the ambiance, with a large corner sofa to sink into and an electric fire to keep you toasty. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you’ll need for a short break, and the dining table provides ample seating for all during mealtimes. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, and a twin which is perfect for children. Each of the bedrooms are well-furnished with plenty of storage and there is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over so you can decide how to best prepare for the day. There is ample parking available in the communal car park just outside the property. Wander down the fantastic Grade II listed marina in the village of Y Felinheli, complete with two pubs, a café and a restaurant. Just five miles away is the historic town of Caernarfon or cross the bridge to Anglesey and explore the delights of Beaumaris and the university city of Bangor.
