There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, made light and bright space by large glazed doors leading out to a furnished balcony. The comfortably furnished lounge space includes a large corner suite, which leads to a well equipped kitchen and dining area with a table and chairs. A separate utility houses a washer/dryer. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
