Ideally located in the village of Lund with a pub within walking distance. For those who like to explore on foot, there are plenty of walking opportunities nearby including the North York Moors. If you re looking for a day by the seaside head to the East Yorkshire coastline with sandy beaches to explore. Head into the market town of Beverley and find the popular racecourse, Beverley Minster and St Mary's church. For some retail therapy, head West to York, with plenty of shops and restaurants to try or take some time to visit York Minster, a Gothic cathedral with stained glass windows. Enter the property into the dining room where you can enjoy a family meal together, from here head through to the lounge or the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, with electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. Relax in the lounge on the comfy seating that is positioned in front of the Smart TV and cosy wood burner, the perfect spot to relax after along day exploring the area. Patio doors also lead out from here to the enclosed garden. Head up the wooden stairs to the first floor where you will find the bedrooms, two comfortable king size bedrooms.
