With plenty of popular pubs in the local area, long walks can be rewarded with hearty lunches of the finest Yorkshire produce. Beyond its rolling fields lies the charming market town of Howden (4.5 miles), with its ancient streets, independent shops and cafes and historical buildings, while the beautiful city of Beverley (22 miles) boasts cobbled squares and fantastic shopping facilities.
