This property is ideally located to explore all that North Devon has to offer with easy access to the A39 and the A361. Visit the nearby market town of South Molton with its independent shops, pubs, cafes. For the walkers and nature lovers head to Exmoor or Dartmoor, with vast expanse of moorland with plenty of walking and cycling opportunities. If you are willing to venture a little further afield head to the coast and explore one of the beaches including Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe or one of the many seaside towns. Visit Lynton and Lynmouth and take a trip on the Lynton Cliff Railway to enjoy the far reaching waterside views. When you re ready for a good night s sleep head up the stairs to the first floor, where you will find the stylish double bedroom with views over the countryside. Heading outside you will find the rear enclosed garden accessed via the front door with the added benefit of your own private hot tub.
