Situated on the edge of one of the UK s most impressive natural landscapes, this detached property is an ideal choice for walkers looking to explore the nearby Roaches and Ramshaw Rocks, or those guests looking for a spot of trout fishing. Of course there are also endless walks in the Peak National Park, right on the cottage doorstep. A tranquil valley location, the property is a rural idyll looking out over the breathtaking Peaks. A compact hallway opens out into the spacious kitchen diner, equipped with all the necessities. Stairs lead up to the lounge area and its gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape. There is also a shower room located on the ground floor with an electric shower and separate cloakroom consisting of a hand basin and toilet, providing ample space for those muddy boots. The two good sized bedrooms each have their own hand basins. One is a spacious king size bedroom and the other consists of two single beds and a fold out bed for extra occupancy. There is a bathroom on this floor with a bath, hand basin and toilet. Outside there is a garden with patio seating area for guests to relax and unwind amidst the beautiful surrounds after a day spent trout fishing or traversing the steep Peaks of the National Park.
