This lovely cottage converted from an old farm building overlooks the golf course, open countryside and the village of Rothbury and is ideally place for exploring Northumberland.
Set within a small peaceful complex of properties this semi detached property has lots of charm and is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with some of the best star gazing sites in Europe. Also close to the village of Rothbury which sits on the banks of the river Coquet. River walks, golf and cycling and walking routes are close by, making this a great location to relax and recharge the batteries. The stunning Cragside House and Gardens are a short drive away, whilst the magnificent coastline boasts sandy beaches, making it the ideal place to enjoy a picnic and build a sandcastle. Or take a daytrip to the site of Hadrian s Wall which is of great historical interest and worth a visit. Venture through the front door into the hallway where you will find a bright and spacious kitchen/diner well equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave, from here double doors lead out to the shared rear courtyard.
