You will be ideally situated in the popular area of Porth, a perfect destination for families and keen surfers. Walkers and outdoors enthusiasts will also be in their element as from here you can access the South West Coast Path, which allows you to walk to Watergate Bay or on towards Padstow. The bustling heart of Newquay is only a short drive away, offering further sandy beaches and numerous pubs, shops, restaurants and attractions like Newquay Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include a selection of golf courses, The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Stepping inside this stylish and contemporary property you will find yourself in the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with light and airy living space.
