This property is situated in a village location just three miles from the town of Brigend in South Wales. There is plenty to see and do in the area, whatever visitors interests are. Those who enjoy scenic walks in beautiful landscapes, for example, may want to spend some time exploring the Merthyr Mawr Sand Dunes, or perhaps pay a visit to Bryngarw Country Park. Stairs lead up to the restful, elegantly styled bedroom on the first floor, where a king size bed sits under the exposed beams. The bathroom, on the ground floor, offers a shower over bath and WC. A door from the kitchen leads out to enclosed garden to the rear of the property, which is mainly set to lawn and has a raised decked area with garden furniture in the centre.
