This property enjoys a lovely location in the hamlet of Rogerground, which is just a short walk away from the traffic free village of Hawkshead, famed for its connections to Beatrix Potter and William Wordsworth. There are plenty of countryside walks available nearby and both Lake Windermere and Coniston Water are within a short drive of the property. Not to be missed is a visit to Claife Heights, a purpose built viewing platform, which offers unrivalled views over Lake Windermere. Adventurous types will enjoy a trip to Grizedale Forest, where there is a Go Ape centre with high ropes and a zip wire.
