This reverse level accommodation is well placed in Brecon Beacons National Park for cycling to the market towns of Brecon and Abergavenny, or take an evening stroll to the village pub. The property is situated close to Crickhowell with a butchers and bakers and is just a 3 minute drive. Abergavenny with its castle, shops and restaurants is just 15 minutes by car. Or venture further afield into Hay on Wye, famous for the Hay Festival, just 30 minutes drive away. The area has an abundance of restaurants within 15 minutes of the property. Visit one of the many National Trust properties locally Hergest Croft Gardens, Croft Castle, Berrington Hall, Hampton Court Garden. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: on the ground floor, both with countryside views, 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with bath, shower and WC. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV, DVD and iPod dock, on the first floor. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: pretty private outside garden with seating and BBQ. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome, no pets under 12 months. Additional info: storage for bikes available. Welcome crate and homemade cake on arrival. Location: pub and shop within walking distance. Need to know: SLEEPS 2 4: Two bedrooms, a lovely double bedroom with White Company bed linen, plus a fresh and stylish twin, comfortable and large enough for adults or children. Both with great views. BATHING: Large stylish bathroom, with double ended bath tub, walk in shower, twin basins, loo and fluffy towels. EATING: Well equipped large kitchen with farm house dining table and chairs, electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine. Welcome "crate" and home made cake on arrival delicious! RELAXING: Two large leather sofas, television, dvd player, radio/Bluetooth speaker and wi fi. There is also a selection of books and DVD's available for those rainy days. Great views and a cosy wood burner with logs for cooler evenings. OUTSIDE: Pretty garden to the rear of the property, bench table, garden bench with views, barbeque. Brecon and Monmouth Canal to the front of the property with great walks, including to the village pub. Storage for bikes. CHILD FRIENDLY: The friendly owners provide a Tripp Trapp Highchair and travel cot as standard and can also provide baby monitor, non slip bath mats, cot bedding and age appropriate toys. PETS: Although two lovely dogs are very welcome, no puppies under 12 months please. JUST SO YOU KNOW: The property is attached, however your privacy is respected at all times and entrances are set away from each other.
