Kelling is a peaceful village situated on Norfolk s north coast, situated within easy reach of the scenic nature reserve at Blakeney Point, which is just 5 miles away and is home to a colony of grey seals. To the east, the seaside resort of Cromer has a wide sandy beach overlooked by a pier with one of the country s last remaining end of pier theatres. The village itself, meanwhile, is home to a chic hotel which is open to non residents for meals throughout the day in its well regarded restaurant specialising in locally sourced food. On arrival at this end of terraced cottage, the first room that guests will come to is the kitchen/diner which has been finished in a characterful country style very much in keeping with the cottage s location and offering a dining table which seats four alongside a good range of equipment which includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Moving through to the comfortable lounge with its two deep sofas, which are just perfect for cosying up in the evenings and enjoying a film on the TV/DVD. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both of which offer beautiful views over the surrounding fields to wake up to. The first of these is a restful double room, whilst the other is a bright and airy twin room. The bathroom, with its shower over bath and WC, can also be found on the first floor. Outside the cottage is surrounded by gardens on two sides, offering scenic views over the neighbouring fields, and offering a pleasant place to sit out and take in the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. There is parking available, but there is no space for caravans, boats, or motor homes. Need to know: 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
