Adjacent to the owners home yet offering a good degree of seclusion, this contemporary annexe is set in a leafy location within the New Forest. Set between Sway and Lymington, Pennington is a peaceful location with an abundance of spectacular countryside surrounding it. With a choice of country pubs and many routes that are ideal for walking, cycling and riding it is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday. Nearby Lymington, which has a strong sailing and maritime heritage is easily accessible from here. You can enjoy an afternoon exploring the many boutique shops, cafes and restaurants in the town or, if you fancy a walk along the beach, then why not head to nearby Mudeford or wander around the ruins of Christchurch or if you are feeling a little bit adventurous you could even take a trip on the ferry across to the Isle of Wight. From the gravelled parking area, a small path leads you to the private entrance, which opens into a spacious studio style room with the open plan, well equipped kitchenette/lounge/diner and sleeping area. With bi fold doors onto the decking on two sides, this bright and airy room is the ideal spot for relaxing after a long walk in the nearby forest and offers a Smart TV with Netflix and DVD. The king sized bedroom area is behind the lounge area and has a well appointed shower room leading off it, with double shower and WC. Heading outside you will find a decked area with garden furniture and BBQ wrapping around the property on two sides. Ideally positioned to make the most of any sunshine it s the perfect space to enjoy breakfast, or perhaps drinks in the evening. To the front of the property is a gravel parking area.
