Due to its countryside location, there are ample nature laden walks, so bring your walking boots, there are miles of country lanes with flat and hilly options, perfect for those who prefer life on two wheels. Lincolnshire is steeped in history, Louth, Brigg and Horncastle are bustling local market towns and Alford is a lovely, small historical town. Other places of interest are Lincoln, a stunning historic town with cathedral, castle and Magna Carta, and the cities of Hull, Beverly, and York are also within easy reach. There are miles of sandy beaches and nature reserves that are unique to Lincolnshire, and is a must for nature lovers. The seals visit the coast every year at Donna Nook and it makes a great day out for the family. Stepping into the cottage into the hallway, drop off your coats and boots and wander through to the bright and airy kitchen/diner with everything you need to rustle up a great meal for your loved ones. There is an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Take lazy breakfasts at the nearby dining table and planning the day s activities ahead. Heading through to the lounge, you will find comfy sofas and a TV/DVD to relax in front of. Completing the ground floor is the separate WC and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Cottage style stairs lead upstairs. On the first floor, the cottage offers two bedrooms, a spacious double with complimenting furniture and en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and built in wardrobe. The other bedroom is a single with additional single pull out bed, decorated with pretty pastel tones to provide a relaxing space for a good night s rest. Outside the enclosed garden offers a spacious patio area with outdoor seating and BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco through the warmer months. There is ample off road parking. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 single with additional single pull out bed. 1 en suite bathroom and 1 separate WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
