Within a short drive of many of the historical industrial and maritime places of interest in Cornwall. There are some fabulous remnants of the tin mining industry across the area. The best of which are found at Botallack near St. Just and the working museums at Levant and Geevor Mines. You are also close to Praa Sands and Gunwalloe Cove. Other major visitor attractions include Flambards, Land s End, Tate Gallery at St Ives and many others. Experience a unique sub aqua wildlife trip with Marine Discovery Penzance or visit the famous open air Minack Theatre which are both within an easy drive. Enjoy sunset walks to the local pubs and beaches, such as Marazion Beach and Long Rock Beach. Upon arrival a flight of rustic granite steps lead you up to the entrance of this charming, split level loft apartment. A homely entrance hall welcomes you, off which you will find the shower room/WC and the open tread stairs leading up to the main accommodation. Upstairs you will find the spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area with delightful vaulted beam ceiling. The living space offers plenty of seating, a TV/DVD, hi fi with mounted speakers and a wood burner effect fire. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a fridge with ice compartment, a dishwasher and washing machine. The three bedrooms consist of two double rooms and one single room all of which are furnished in a traditional cottage style. Outside, there is ample parking directly to the front of the apartment and if you are bringing a dog the owners are also happy to provide day care at the on site kennels (by arrangement and subject to availability) should you be visiting a local attraction that doesn t cater for dogs.
