Located in Polruan a small fishing village, this cosy property for two is situated close to the Quay and beach at low tide. Take the ferry, which runs every fifteen minutes across to Fowey with an array of shops, restaurants, aquarium and cafes. For walkers there is easy access on to the coastal path or head a little further afield and visit Cardinham Woods with waymarked trails to enjoy through scenic woodland. For days out, visit the Lost Gardens of Heligan offering 200 acres of ancient land and plants to be discovered. Alternatively, and within easy reach, visit and explore the Carnglaze Caverns home to mining history, faeries and subterranean lake. Enter the property and head into the lounge/dining area with river views and wood burner effect electric fire, the perfect place to relax on the sofa at the end of the day and watch your favourite film on the TV/DVD. Step into the kitchen which enjoys village and river views, the ideal place to cook an evening meal or light lunch. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave.
