Being the only holiday home on the owners farm estate, privacy, peace and quiet are assured and you are perfectly positioned to discover some of the best of the North Yorkshire countryside. From this scenic location, you'll have access to lush pastures and woodlands for endless exploration each and every day. The walled city of York sits just 13 miles away, so take a day trip to this medieval city to check out the eateries, shops and pubs, along with the iconic Gothic York Minster cathedral and the Jorvik Viking Centre. Dating back to the early 19th century, this large Grade II listed building has been transformed from farmyard building into a luxurious holiday home, retaining much of its original character throughout. Step inside and be welcomed by a gorgeous open plan living space, home to the lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge area comes complete with a wood burner so you can cosy up in front of the TV during the chillier months.
