Renowned for the famed 1066 Battle of Hastings that took place in its very own landscapes, Battle is a truly intriguing town brimming with history and charm. Being home to a great number of restaurants, shops and tea rooms as well makes Battle a fantastic holiday destination. Keen walkers and four legged friends can also take advantage of the numerous beautiful gardens and National trust grounds which surround the village. This central location places visitors perfectly for also visiting Rye, Hastings, Bexhill and numerous other wonderful locations including Pashley Manor House. A small pebble courtyard brings you to a charming original stable door. Beautifully decorated throughout, the vaulted ceiling and original beams create a striking view upon entering. The open plan lounge/dining space greets you with its bright and airy interior, a great place to relax on the comfortable sofa whilst watching films on the 26 flat screen SmartTV with Freeview & Netflix. The dining table and chairs close by makes for a delightful social environment in which to enjoy home cooked meals which have been whipped up in the bespoke, well equipped kitchenette, with a two ring electric hob, fridge, combination microwave, toaster, sink and washing machine. Retreat after a long day to the master bedroom which features a super king size bed with sumptuous cotton bed linen, comfy pillows and cosy throws perfect for snuggling up in. In this room there are also bedside tables, lights, a large wardrobe, dressing table, mirror and hair dryer. The shower room, also on this floor, has a walk in power shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail and mirror. Due to the nature of the building, there is limited headroom in the shower room.
