This stunning property is set at the end of a private drive, which winds its way through the owners beef farm. Walkers can enjoy wandering in the 200 acres of farmland which consist of woodland and a lake, perfect for an afternoon picnic. Looking for a day on the sands, within a short car journey, is the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho! known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and amusements. The market town of Bideford is just a short drive away with an abundance of cafes, pubs, and the famous pannier market. Other attractions in the area included The Big Sheep, Milky Way, World of Wonder, Tapley Park, National Trust Arlington Court and the traditional cobbled streets of Clovelly.
