Studley, a peaceful village, three miles from Henley in Arden with its cafes, restaurants, shops and boutiques. Within easy reach is the vibrant market town of Stratford upon Avon with its riverside walks and cruises, and many attractions including Shakespeare s Birthplace, the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Harvard House and The MAD Mechanical Art & Design Museum. Visit one of the National Trust properties including Anne Hathaway s Cottage, Baddesley Clinton, Packwood House and Coughton Court or explore Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle and Compton Verney Art Gallery and Park. Head west to Bromsgrove s unique open air museum Avoncroft Museum of Buildings. Take countryside walks, stroll along the rivers and canals, go fishing, rowing or cycling and explore Warwickshire s Way. Perfect spot to relax, or be active, in Warwickshire and Worcestershire. As you head back outside you will see the old brick lined well, dating back to 1850, with railings and a glass cover to peer down as far as the eye can see. Enjoy morning coffee or a BBQ on the patio with pretty flower borders listening to birdsong and embracing the view over the garden and beyond. Take a picnic in the orchard or by the two wildlife ponds and wander the 11 acres of grounds. If you are keen on cycling there is a lockable bike store available. Ample parking at the property. Please note the property is located in an 11 acre smallholding with sheep, working dogs and fowl, near to the owners home though privacy is assured. This is a no smoking property.
