Perfectly situated to ensure peace and tranquillity, this delightful retreat boasts spectacular views over the remarkable Devonshire countryside. Within walking distance of the property is the sought after village of Morchard Bishop, which offers a traditional village store/cafe and popular pub which is renowned for its food. For those looking for an adventure during their stay, then you must discover Dartmoor which is renowned for its changing landscape, stunning views, deep wooded valleys with fast flowing rivers and rugged, wide open spaces. Also nearby is the cathedral city of Exeter, which combines high street shopping with places of interest such as the Roman wall and the ancient cathedral. For those looking for the coast you have plenty to choose from, to the north you have the beautiful beach of Croyde which offers a large sandy beach and to the south you have the dramatic red cliffs of Sidmouth. As you arrive at this delightful retreat, take a moment to enjoy the views from the decked area. As you walk through the bi folding doors into the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, which is arranged all on one level, to your left you have space to hang your jackets and put away your shoes. The lounge also offers a Smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar and Blu ray for those who enjoy a good movie or two. Leading off from the lounge is the kitchen area, which is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and microwave. From the kitchen area is the master bedroom, which offers a king size bed and plenty of hanging space. Next door to here is the shower room with WC.
