The 15 acres of land are particularly idyllic for dog walkers, leads are not compulsory and dogs are welcome to play fetch in the river. With many countryside walks direct from the properties, guests will love exploring the land and will struggle to decide on their favourite route! The positioning of the 3 barns is also ideal for larger family gatherings as the barns can be booked together, each barn is fully self contained and benefit from a shared garden and guests are welcome to set up their own gazebo if they wish. The long rugged National Trust coastlines of North Devon and Cornwall are approximately a 30 minute drive away and offer a range of popular sandy surfing beaches and sheltered coves. The market town of Holsworthy is a short drive and offers a range of traditional shops and there are some lovely family pubs close by which serve food. Attractions to enjoy include Dartmoor, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal, Clovelly and much more.
