Also, within easy reach the Offa s Dyke, Wye Valley Way and the Forest of Dean, as well as horse riding and kayaking available on the River Monnow and River Wye. The vibrant town of Monmouth is close by with elegant Georgian mansions and Victorian courtyards, offering shops, pubs and restaurants. The area has many castles including Monmouth, Goodrich & Raglan Castles, and numerous beautiful churches including the remains of the stunning Tintern Abbey, just half an hour away.
