This superb and unique property sits in an ideal position in the small seaside town of Ilfracombe. The town's high street and seafront are just a short walk from the property, peppered with a variety of restaurants and bars along with small independent shops and the amusements. Damien Hirst s Verity is also located on the sea front. The Landmark Theatre is close by, offering shows, live music and festivals throughout the year. The Tunnels Beaches with its water pools is located at the bottom of the road and is a real hit with families. Further along Granville Road is the Torrs Walk which has some great walking opportunities complete with spectacular coastal scenery. Stepping inside the property you arrive in the entrance hallway. On the ground floor are three of the bedrooms: first is the king size with sea views and en suite bathroom with free standing bath, shower and WC also with a TV.
