Overlooking Aysgarth Falls and the River Ure, you can hear the waterfall that gives the cottage its name. Pop next door to the tearoom in the former Yore Mill before exploring the village of Aysgarth, with its picturesque walks and delightful pubs. Further afield, the country views from the Wensleydale landscape aren t to be missed and can be enjoyed from the area s many walking routes. Charming Dales villages, including Hawes, West Burton and Askrigg, are only a short drive away. The front door opens into the open plan living space, with a stone wall adding character. You can sink in to the comfortable sofa while relaxing by the wood burner, while the Smart TV comes with subscription services and a DVD player perfect for a cosy night in. You ll love the bright and contemporary kitchen which has everything you need for a comfortable home from home, including an induction hob, an electric oven and grill, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a fridge with ice box, a microwave and a coffee machine. Up to four diners can easily enjoy a delicious meal at the wooden dining table. There is also a handy WC downstairs. Upstairs, the peaceful master bedroom upstairs is neutrally decorated and luxuriously furnished with a king sized bed for maximum comfort. Two stylish shuttered windows directly overlook Aysgarth Falls, with window seats built in to allow you to enjoy the calming view. The second bedroom is a good size with two full sized single beds and a large window flooding the room with light, while both bedrooms are well equipped with Smart TVs, hairdryers and ample storage. Waffle dressing gowns and hot water bottles are also provided so you can lounge in style. The smart shower room is large, with a decadent walk in shower unit and indulgent complimentary toiletries. A wooden bench outside the cottage allows you to sit and enjoy the sound of the waterfall.
