This property is located on Harrogates elegant Regents Parade, overlooking the towns Stray which offers 200 acres of open parkland on the southern edge of the town. The town is well known for its history as a spa town and the Turkish Baths are the perfect place to spend an afternoon relaxing and being pampered, before retreating to the famous Bettys Tearooms for afternoon tea or cakes. There are plenty of pubs, cafes and shops on the doorstep and the city of Leeds, 13 miles to the south of the property, offers an excellent choice of designer shops including its own branch of Harvey Nichols. A communal front door opens onto the entrance hall of this property, from where a separate door leads through to the apartment itself. The heart of the property is the beautiful open plan living space, a light filled room comprising a lounge/kitchen/diner. This room has a luxurious lounge area with a trio of deep sofas clustered around a large coffee table and the TV/DVD.
