Situated close to the quaint Kent village of Goudhurst, which boasts independent shops, cafes and restaurants along with spectacular views across the Kent Weald, this property is perfect for foodies and walkers alike, offering local footpaths from the end of the garden making this is a great place from which to explore the surrounding countryside, and just a short drive to visit the local vineyards. The Kent and East Sussex coast is within easy reach and boasts sandy and pebbled beaches, lined with charming seaside towns and villages. Guests can also explore Tunbridge Wells with its wide range of shops and places to eat, Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens, Scotney Castle and many other National Trust and English Heritage properties this area has to offer. Families will be easily entertained with days out to Bedgebury Pinetum, Bewl Water or why not take a trip on the Kent & East Sussex Railway and enjoy a relaxing steam train ride from Tenterden to Bodiam. London and the coastal towns are within easy access by train for a day out further afield. Enter the property into a light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner area with fantastic panoramic views across the garden and countryside beyond. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is a dining table and chairs for four people and an area for relaxing in front of the wood burner which has a comfy sofa and two armchairs, perfect for enjoying the fantastic views or listening to music on the Bluetooth speaker. The separate utility room leads off from the lounge area and has a washing machine, freezer and leading off this is the downstairs WC. A hallway leads to the cosy lounge area with Smart TV/DVD, sofa and two armchairs, a great place for relaxing with the family. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request at the time of booking), with en suite shower room and WC and a double with en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Both bedrooms have fabulous views to the countryside beyond. Patio doors open from the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and lead onto a decked area with a table, chairs and BBQ. At the end of the pretty enclosed garden there is access to the owners swimming pool (which can be used by arrangement with the owner from June to September). At the front of the property is off road parking for two cars. All outdoor furniture in the Coach House grounds is available and the sun loungers by the pool are too they must be wiped down after use. The dining table and chairs in the pool house are unavailable. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request at the time of booking) and 1 double. 1 en suite bathroom, 1 en suite shower room and 1 WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room with washing machine and freezer.
