Situated in a particularly scenic area of Mid Wales on the banks of the River Bechan and with views of St Beauno's Church on one side and two ornamental lakes on the other, you will be well placed to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The ancient market towns of Welshpool and Ludlow are nearby and offer a selection of shops, restaurants, a theatre, cinema and leisure centre. Powys Castle and Gardens and Montgomery Canal are only 9 miles away and the Snowdonia National Park and coast are all within an hour s drive. Other attractions within easy reach include the West Midlands Shooting Ground, Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway, Chirk Castle and Gregynog Hall. The property is situated in a pretty lake side setting. Enter this beautiful lodge into the porch, where you can kick off your boots and hang your coats. Walk through to the spacious lounge/diner which is framed by oak beams and offers a lovely open fireplace, with TV/DVD to curl up and enjoy a film with the family. There is a large, country style kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. If you tire of cooking then you can make use of the personal chef who is available to book and who uses the finest local ingredients to create memorable meals for all your family and friends. There are 4 bedrooms available, all with TV s: 1 double with four poster bed and en suite bathroom with shower and WC and 2 doubles with en suite bathroom with shower and WC. On the ground floor, 1 further double with en suite bathroom with shower and WC. There is an adjoining annexe which offers additional sleeping accommodation with 4 bedrooms, for up to 8 people, all with TV s: 1 king size with four poster bed and en suite bathroom with shower and WC, 1 double with en suite bathroom with shower and WC. On the ground floor, 2 twins with en suite bathroom with shower and WC, which are connected via the external main entrance porch. Relax in the private Jacuzzi and sauna after a day exploring the local area. Stepping outside, you will find a private patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, and access to large shared courtyard with fountain and raised lawns on the edge of this.
