Visit the cathedral and its tiny museum and browse in the oldest private library in Scotland. Walk beside the Allan Water river and stop for a picnic perhaps. Spend time in Stirling, about 9 miles away, with its old town and medieval castle high up on craggy volcanic rock. Your single storey home extends a warm welcome from the moment you enter. Relax in your open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, with its beautiful oak floor. Settle on the comfortable seating to watch TV, read a book or plan the next day's activities.
