This largely undiscovered gem is set in a superb position to explore the beautiful county of Carmarthenshire. Llansteffan is a delightful seaside village with pubs, shops and a fantastic gallery, all sat below an imposing castle. Take the leisurely walk to the beach, with golden sands and perhaps enjoy an ice cream along the waterfront. A fun packed holiday destination that suits both families and couples alike, you can simply park your car and forget about it. There is plenty to do for those with itchy feet, nearby Carmarthen has shops, restaurants and a cinema. Nature lovers may want to visit the Botanic Gardens which are just a short drive or Laugharne, renowned for the writings of its most famous resident, Dylan Thomas.
