Located outside the hamlet of Stonegate, within two miles of nearby shops and pubs. Bewl Water is only a few miles away, which is a beautiful spot for walking, cycling and even water sports. If you re looking for shopping and dining facilities, head to nearby Tunbridge Wells, where the famous Pantiles district is well worth a visit or for keen gardeners Pashley Manor Gardens, Great Dixter House and Gardens, and King Johns Nursery are just a short drive away. Enter the cottage into a small porch where there is space to leave your boots and coats before continuing through to the lounge. With a large sofa, wood burner and Smart TV with Sky this is the perfect place to curl up in front of a roaring fire on a chilly evening. The spacious and inviting kitchen/diner offers spectacular views across the countryside and is the perfect place to while away the afternoon with a good book. Enjoy family dining in the dining room which can cater for six people and the well equipped kitchen offers electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The cottage offers a choice of three bedrooms, a double with an en suite shower and WC, a further double and a twin bedroom. The large and impressive bathroom has a bath, a separate walk in shower and WC. French doors from the dining room open out onto a large patio with fantastic views of the pretty garden and rolling countryside beyond. There is a large covered pond by the rockery. The terrace is the perfect spot for a summer BBQ overlooking the woods and fields. Keen tennis players have use of the tennis court (except for Friday mornings and the middle Sunday during Wimbledon) Need to know: 3 Bedrooms 2 doubles and 1 twin. 1 Bathroom and 1 en suite shower room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Wood burner (logs included). Shared tennis court available (except for Friday mornings and the middle Sunday during Wimbledon). Private parking for 4 cars. Regret no pets. Complex of properties. Smart TV with Sky channels.
