This single storey property is set in a quiet residential road, yet is within a short walk to a selection of amenities including beautiful sandy beaches, a canal with a working sea lock, a golf course, leisure centre, swimming pool, tennis courts, numerous shops, galleries and a selection of restaurants and pubs. The South West Coast Path also offers spectacular walking in either direction, there is also the wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve some lovely scenery. With the town being conveniently located beside the A39, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall and days out could include visits to The Eden Project, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Rock and Padstow. Stepping into the bungalow you will find room to store your coats and shoes. From the hallway on your right, you enter the stylish, light and airy lounge area which has a TV and DVD where you can relax in whilst enjoying a movie or two. If you decide to stay in and cook a meal there is a well equipped kitchen/dining area with an electric oven and gas hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and TV. You don t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher in the kitchen to do the work for you. There is also a wood burner at the property perfect for those cold winter nights. From the hallway there are three bedrooms which all have a TV, a super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request) with its very own en suite shower and WC, a king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request) and a twin zip and link (which can be made into a king size on request). You will also find the main bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Venture outside and you will find a decked area to the rear of the property with garden furniture and a BBQ. Following on around the property you will find a lockable shed, which you are more than welcome to store your bikes and beach equipment in. There is an additional fridge/freezer locate in outdoor storage shed. Following on from here you will find the front enclosed grassed part of the garden which can be accessed via a few steps. Off road parking for two cars is available outside the front of the property on the driveway.
