The market town of Wellington is just five miles away, Taunton eight miles and Honiton just over 10 miles, all offering shopping opportunities, restaurants and leisure entertainments. In the local village there is a community shop selling locally sourced food including meat, eggs, vegetables and public house, both of which are 0.5 miles away and can be reached via a 15 minute walk.
