This property is located in a superb elevated position in the town of Ilfracombe on the North Devon coast. The convenient location of the property means that many of the town s attractions are within walking distance, including the interesting aquarium, the unusual Tunnels Beach, and the historic harbour. The town boasts a range of shops, as well as a wide choice of eateries, including a well regarded seafront restaurant owned by the artist Damien Hirst, who has also chosen the town as the home for his impressive sculpture of the female warrior Verity, brandishing her sword over her head, as she protects the town s harbour. Upon entering, the lobby is the perfect spot for hanging your coats and kicking off your shoes before heading up to the apartment.
