This rural property is surrounded by beautiful, unspoilt Cornish countryside and is perfect for those who love wildlife and walking. Well equipped throughout, it is located in an elevated spot with glorious views across Lantivet Bay and the sea beyond. Within easy reach is the nearby village of Polruan where you will find 2 local pubs as well as a bakery and café. You can also take a relaxing trip on the passenger ferry to the bustling small port of Fowey, which is flanked by fourteenth century blockhouses. Go for a walk on the beautiful coastal path onto Polperro or even Bodinnick where you can catch the ferry back to Fowey and then Polruan. Also, within reach is the Eden Project, Lost gardens of Heligan and towns of Looe, Charlestown and Mevagissey. This pretty 1920s house features many original features and is furnished with vintage and upcycled furniture. Step into the light and open plan lounge/diner and create a feast after a day exploring some of the many walks from your doorstep.
