You are well served with the 550 acres of grounds where you can enjoy the outdoor pool between April and October, along with tennis courts, children s play areas and lakes. Enjoy a wide range of activities including, boating, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, water skiing, fishing, cycling, walking, golf and horse riding. If you manage to get away, visit the historical city of Bath, the Regency town of Cheltenham or the market town of Tetbury, all within easy reach. Other attractions include The Cotswold Wildlife Park, Westonbirt Arboretum, The Corinium Museum and Roman amphitheatre at Cirencester. The famous Wildfowl and Wetlands site at Slimbridge and Berkeley Castle are also close by. Bright and spacious with an open plan layout, the accommodation features wooden flooring, exposed Cotswold stone and a wood burner, making for cosy countryside escapes. Upstairs, on the first floor, the light and airy bedroom with double bed also benefits from an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. A bunk bedroom with a double bed and a single over the top and one twin share a stylish and bright shower room with large walk in shower and WC. Step outside from the lounge area onto a decked patio, where a table and chairs sit in a sunny position overlooking the pond. There is off road parking for one car. Additional parking nearby.
