With tennis courts, a golf course, village shop and pub all within less than one mile, you'll find the property will suit everyone's needs. The local beach is a few minutes walk, as well as the Thurlestone Hotel, which offers a restaurant, bars and golf course to non residents. Based in the popular area of the South Hams, there is much to do and see; the towns of Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth boast fantastic seafood restaurants and shopping, and there are also a wealth of trips and activitiesa stone's throw away including National Trust properties, Woodlands Adventure Park, and the historic Burgh Island, reached via the sea tractor when the tide is in. The other five bedrooms are located on the first floor and include one master bedroom with a super king size bed. This room also has an en suite bathroom with separate shower and WC. The other rooms consist of one double, one twin (which can be made into a super double on request) and two bedrooms with single beds that have a shared window and interconnecting wall. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and separate WC on the first floor. Outside there is a private enclosed garden and well maintained lawn, patio, seating and BBQ.
