For those looking for a traditional seaside holiday, there is a choice of lovely beaches within a thirty minute drive of the property, including Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, and Croyde. Also within easy reach are a range of popular attractions to suit all tastes, including Exmoor Zoo, Broomhill Sculpture Garden, and the National Trust property of Arlington Court. This delightful detached property has a lovely spacious, airy feel throughout, thanks to the light filled rooms and elegant understated styling. Doors from the kitchen/diner lead out to decked patio. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, the first of which is good sized king size room which benefits from an en suite shower with WC. The two further bedrooms are a double room and a twin. The bathroom, also situated on the first floor, offers a bath, shower, and WC. Outside, patio doors lead from the kitchen/area to the decked area with seating, sun loungers, and a BBQ, beyond which a generously sized lawn area has a sunken trampoline, and a charming treehouse.
