Situated in the heart of mid Devon you will be perfectly placed for exploring the whole of this popular county. The immediate area offers an array of amenities and attractions with a community store in the nearby village of Kennerleigh, selling a variety of local produce and cider. In the nearby historic market town of Crediton there are shops, pubs and a bustling farmers market. Outdoor enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with the coast, Dartmoor and Exmoor within an hour s drive. Further afield is Tiverton castle, museum and canal country park. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include the cathedral city of Exeter, Escot, Bickleigh Mill and numerous National Trust properties such as Killerton, and Castle Drogo.
