Set within a hamlet, near the middle of the Cornish peninsula, these renovated, detached properties are a great base to explore the region from. With easy access to both the north and south coast, exceptional views to Helman Tor, it offers great examples of spacious and practical holiday living. Centrally located between the Eden Project and Lanhydrock House as well as The Lost Gardens of Heligan, guests are also within easy driving distance of the southern coastal towns of Fowey, Looe and Charlestown as well. To the North lies the ever popular destinations of St Agnes, Port Isaac, Newquay, Padstow, Polzeath one of the country s surfing hot spots, and the lovely village of Rock, fame for yachts and ale. From the cottage, you are within very easy reach the local village pubs in Lanivet, Luxulyan and Lanlivery. Attractions include cycling at Cardinham, the National Lobster Hatchery, Newquay Zoo, karting at St Eval, many National Trust properties, and an impressive 18 hole golf course in Bodmin. Set within its own private lawns, this accommodation has been converted into a comfortable and cosy cottage.
