Fun family days elsewhere can be found at various local attractions such as Bewilderwood, Africa Alive, The Dinosaur Adventure Park and National Trust properties as Blickling and Felbrigg. Alternatively, both the North Norfolk coast and Suffolk coast is within easy reach. Upon entering the hall, guests will find furnishings and decor reflective of the property s 1930 s period. The lounge accommodates two comfortable sofas and chairs with large bay window overlooking the front garden. There is an open fire and TV/DVD for relaxing in front of your favourite programmes. The dining room has a formal dining table and games for younger guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to enjoy a home cooked meal with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer located within a walk in pantry. Finishing the ground floor accommodation is a utility room with washer/dryer and a separate WC. Ascending the stairs to the first floor there are three bedrooms. The main double bedroom enjoys a balcony, ideal for a morning coffee. The second and third bedrooms are twins. Finishing the accommodation is a bathroom with shower over bath and there is also a separate WC. Due to a maintenance issue the pool is not available in July 2020. The property sits on a large plot with established gardens to both the front and rear, ideal for children and pets to let off steam. There is an outdoor unheated swimming pool which is available from 1st May to 30th September at no extra cost and this is surrounded by a patio area with garden furniture, charcoal BBQ and quaint thatched pool house with children s inflatables.
