This property is located just a short walk from the centre of Hay on Wye. Famed worldwide for its annual literature festival, the town is a popular destination for book lovers all year round thanks to the fact that it is home to over twenty bookshops. The main bedroom is also situated on the first floor and has been thoughtfully styled with art by local artists. There is a king size bed, a Juliet balcony, and an en suite shower room with a WC. Two further bedrooms are located on the second floor; the first of these is a restful single room, whilst the final bedroom is a super king size room which can be made up as a twin on request. The bathroom on this floor has a shower, bath, and WC. Outside, on the ground floor of the property is the secluded terrace which sits behind a canopy of trees beyond which is the river. This relaxing space is a great place for enjoying al fresco drinks and meals.
