Impressive detached family house sat in an elevated position with fabulous views over Exeter, Dartmoor and countryside reaching stoke woods and Blackdown hills. Just a short drive will bring you into Exeter city centre where you will find an abundance of shops, pubs, and restaurants for you to explore, in addition to the historic cathedral. Perfect for nature lovers with walks to explore and the RSPB Reserve nearby that is home to many water birds. Take the passenger ferry across the Exe estuary for a pleasant walk and bite to eat at one of two idyllic waterside pubs, the Goat walk beside the River Exe offers splendid views and sunsets. Sidmouth, Exmouth and Budleigh beaches, on the South Coast are only a short drive away.. Enter through gates onto a large drive. The entrance opens into the hall hall with cloakroom and cupboard space to store shoes along with a handy WC.
