Beyond the village, the market town of Rye is well worth a visit with its selection of independent shops and cafes, while the nearby vineyards make for a great day out. The picture perfect Bodiam Castle is just a short drive and why not enjoy a trip on the Kent & Sussex Steam Railway to Tenterden, another pretty market town. For beach lovers, the fantastic Kent and East Sussex coastline is close by and for those looking to explore the local countryside, there are a number of easily accessible footpaths. Outside, the decked garden is fully enclosed, with a table and chairs for enjoying an al fresco meal and stepsleading to the upper terrace, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the countryside views. Parking is unrestricted opposite the property, subject to availability. Need to know: 2 Bedrooms 1 king size and 1 single with an additional single pull out bed which can be made up on request . 1 Shower room. There is restricted ceiling height in some parts of the property due to low beams. There is only a "sheep" fence at the end of the garden, so dogs will need supervision as there is livestock in the neighbouring fields.
