This lovely cottage is surrounded by rolling fields and offers a beautiful view over the water meadows where the River Tat joins the River Wensum. This is a great place for watching wildlife including deer and wild birds. Just a couple of miles away is the thriving traditional market town of Fakenham. Home of the famous Fakenham Raccourse and the Thursford Show, this delightful town has a choice of pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as a cinema, the Corn Hall and flea market, as well as the popular Thursday auction and market which originated in 1250. You can visit the breath taking Pensthorpe Natural Park or the Holkham Estate, and the stunning northern coast of Norfolk is within easy reach. On entering this delightful semi detached cottage you will find yourself in the comfortable and welcoming lounge. With plenty of comfy seating, TV/DVD, feature fireplace and a selection of books and games, this is an ideal space to relax in. Going upstairs to the first floor, you will find two cosy bedrooms: there s a double room which offers stunning countryside views, and a twin room which also has fantastic views, both with plenty of storage space. You will also find a bathroom complete with a shower over the P shaped bath and a WC. Stepping outside you will find a small fully enclosed front garden with a lawn and a large enclosed gravel driveway. To the rear there s a large enclosed garden which is mainly lawn and has plenty of space for children to play. There s a patio area located near the sun room which has garden furniture and is an ideal space to relax in and dine al fresco. Off road parking is available for two cars.
