Situated a short walk from the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho!, which is known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites there is plenty for all to enjoy. Venture further afield and explore North Devon with attractions to suit all tastes including Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and much more. On entering the modern beach house you will feel totally at home with everything you will need for your stay, the house has been beautifully decorated throughout with light and airy tones for a real sense of relaxation. The spacious open plan lounge, kitchen, dining room is a great for entertaining with French doors leading out to the garden. There is a collapsible office desk for those wishing to work from home. There is a utility room on this floor which also has an indoor table tennis table and further family room with bi fold doors out to the patio and garden. The three bedrooms are all light and luxurious, the super king size room has an en suite shower and the king sized bedroom is equally as nice, both have luxury pocket sprung mattresses. A further twin bedroom completes the rooms and there is a modern bathroom with shower over bath. Outside is a large enclosed garden with patio seating, there are lots of garden games, including a fold up outdoor table tennis table and a BBQ so whatever the weather you will be entertained.
