Situated in the centre of this former fishing village, this terraced cottage is just a few steps from the quayside, shops, pubs, art galleries and restaurants. Beach lovers can take a slightly longer drive to Croyde beach, or head in the other direction to the golden sands of Westward Ho! s beach, here are typical seaside attractions as well as the Royal Devon Golf Club, just a short drive away. Instow is a quick car ride, or in season there is a passenger ferry that can take you across the estuary to the sand dunes and restaurants over the water. The steep cobbled streets of Clovelly are well worth a visit and the nearby family attractions include The Big Sheep, Arlington Court, Dartington Crystal and The Milky Way. This is a traditional cottage, yet it is furnished and decorated in a contemporary style throughout. Stepping into the property you enter into a hallway with coat hooks and space to place walking boots, then its directly into the lounge with Smart TV and wood burner effect gas fire making this a great spot to relax on those cooler evenings.
