Nestled in the Port town of New Romney in the heart of Romney Marsh and close to Dungeness. Within easy reach of the nearby towns of Rye, Ashford, and the beautiful sandy beach at Camber Sands. Enjoy a trip on the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch railway which runs from Dungeness to Hythe and is the perfect way to enjoy the stunning local landscape or soak up the sunshine with the many vineyard trails on offer all with the chance to sample some of the finest English wines on offer. New Romney itself, offers a wide range of local shops and eateries all within walking distance of the cottage and with a wide range of cycle and footpaths on the doorstep. Enter into a cosy hallway where there is space for dropping off shoes and hanging coats. On the ground floor, there is a lounge with two comfy sofas, Smart TV/DVD and a wood burner for chilly evenings. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. A conservatory leads off the kitchen and is the perfect place for relaxed dining at the table with spacious seating. The ground floor is completed with a shower room with shower and WC. From the hallway, stairs lead up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a king size and a double, each with a Smart TV. Outside there is a large decked area with a beautiful open sided summer house offering rattan sofas and chairs a great way to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
