Head to the coast to discover the string of sandy beaches on Devon s north coast, including Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho!, together with a collection of traditional fishing villages and towns such as Lynton, Lynmouth, Clovelly and Porlock. This delightful property boasts unrivalled countryside views and is quietly situated at the end of a long private unmade lane on a 50 acre alpaca farm. Upon entering the beautiful accommodation, you are greeted with a light and airy open plan lounge/diner with apex ceilings and exposed beams. In the summer you can open the front door to let the outside in, or in the cooler months snuggle up on the comfy sofa in front of the gas effect wood burner while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. The well equipped kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. The bathroom has been thoughtfully upgraded with a shower over bath, his and her sinks and a WC.
