The tranquil coastal village of Worth Matravers enjoys a lovely spot in the heart of the Purbeck Hills. The stunning Dorset coast is just a mile away, with the coastal path leading along to Chapman s Pool (1.5 miles), Winspit Quarry (0.5 miles) and Old Harry Rocks (7 miles). The popular seaside town of Swanage (4 miles) has a beautiful beach and a traditional promenade, or you could visit the ruins of Corfe Castle (4.5 miles) or the pretty village of Studland (6.5 miles). From Studland, you can catch a ferry to Poole or to Brownsea Island. Also nearby are Durlston Country Park (5.5 miles), Lulworth Cove (16 miles) and the Hartland Moor National Nature Reserve (6.5 miles).
