Situated on a no through lane which leads to the sea via a footpath, the cottage is wonderfully located. The tranquil coastal village of Worth Matravers enjoys a lovely spot in the heart of the Purbeck Hills. The stunning Dorset coast is just a mile away, with the coastal path leading along to Chapman s Pool (1.5 miles), Winspit Quarry (0.5 miles) and Old Harry Rocks (7 miles). The popular seaside town of Swanage (4 miles) has a beautiful beach and a traditional promenade, or you could visit the ruins of Corfe Castle (4.5 miles) or the pretty village of Studland (6.5 miles). From Studland, you can catch a ferry to Poole or to Brownsea Island. Also nearby are Durlston Country Park (5.5 miles), Lulworth Cove (16 miles) and the Hartland Moor National Nature Reserve (6.5 miles). On entering this fabulous detached property which is set on one level apart from a few internal steps you can leave coats and boots in the hall which leads through to the light and spacious lounge.
